Ling Xiaoyu does a Go-Go!

Okay, a cool casting tidbit from the Tekken movie. Chiaki Kuriyama (Go Go Yubari from Kill Bill) has been cast as Ling Xiaoyu. Well, admittedly Chiaki’s very distinct beauty is far, far from the usual image you’d expect for the Chinese kung fu kitten, but she can surely pull off bubbly schoolgirl as well as she can psycho-killer babes. This alone gives me reason enough to give the film a chance. Heheh. More on the Tekken movie, and the home version of Tekken 6, as we get it.
