More Streetfighter IV info, screens!

The gaming site www.blogeek.com.br has just posted a couple more screenshots of the highly-secretive Streetfighter IV, as well as a bit more info. According to Blogeek, the game will take place in the time between Streetfighter II Turbo and Streetfighter III. Parrying will be gone, but in it’s place will be a new system for kicking arse. Two more screenshots as well have been posted, still set in the same Chinese stage, this time showing Ken Masters in action against Ryu. Just visit Blogeek for the screens. Keep in mind though that the info posted on Blogeek isn’t totally confirmed, though the screens look real.

Okay, let me say first that this talk of SFIV being set BEFORE SFIII does not sit well with me. It’s a SEQUEL, and should move FORWARD, not backward. I really hope this preliminary info is wrong, inaccurate or will be changed eventually. It’s frickin’ called “A New Beginning” for cripe’s sake!
